Transaction Execution & Closing

Transaction Execution & Closing

We are looking for entrepreneurial and driven candidates to join our Transaction Execution team. The successful candidate will work with the transaction team and take ownership of new and ongoing capital raising projects, initiate and develop conversations with lenders, assist clients in negotiating and structuring transactions and ensure a successful close.

As a member of the Altimapa team, the candidate will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative, dynamic and sometimes high-pressure environment. Every member has the opportunity to materially impact and participate in the financial outcomes of the firm, and also to help define the way the business operates and is run.

We are a results driven organisation and compensation will be closely linked with performance. The position is based at our offices in central London. It is full-time but we will consider candidates looking for a part-time role.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the origination team to develop and vet new transaction opportunities
  • Build and develop strong investor and lender relationships
  • Organise and lead the preparation of transaction materials (IM, data room)
  • Assist clients in preparing for and conducting roadshow meetings
  • Source offers and assist clients in negotiating and executing those offers
  • Work as part of a dynamic and driven team

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a financial transactions role
  • Demonstrable ability to build successful client and investor relationships
  • Strong understanding of business and finance concepts
  • Desire to work in an entrepreneurial, self-starter environment
